Bathroom - some very special features in here.

The heated rails are glass (by DC Short Ltd) and never get too hot to touch. The isolation switches for these are inside the glass cabinets.

Both glass cabinets, either side of the basin, have RCD protected power points for Shavers and Electric Toothbrushes.

The shower has a ShowerDome top. Best water pressure you'll find anywhere. Porcelain tiles on the floor and walls - just a quick wipe down!

A separate Gas temperature controller means that when you have a shower the water comes out at the temperature you selected - not wasting gas by heating the water to 50+ degrees and mixing it with cold water. Very safe for kids.

The air vent is a special iris design (by ICON) which has inbuilt sensor and comes on when you go near the Shower door. There is switch for this on the wall, if you prefer.

All the ceiling lights are LED with majority in cool white.
